Order

You can order through our webshop at biobodyshop.com, contact us via the contact form, or send us an email. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment complaints.

Prices and product information

All prices are in Euros, including VAT. Any shipping costs will be added.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in price and product information. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct this subsequently.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock adjustments, address technical problems, and fix any typographical errors in our information.

Great Britain, excluding Ireland, is exempt from VAT, as delivery to the UK is also exempt from VAT.

You pay quickly and securely directly by card (via Stripe).

Our products are shipped from Latvia. We ship to all EU countries and the UK.

All orders placed before midnight will usually be dispatched the next working day. Most orders will be delivered within 3-8 working days. Deliveries to the UK will usually take 4-10 working days.

Most orders in Europe are delivered with DPD, but we also use DHL, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, or PostNord as our shipping partners. Depending on the country and destination, your order will be delivered to the nearest collection point, your mailbox, or your door.

Shipping cost

Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouses. This enables us to keep transportation, logistics, and storage costs low, and thus the price of our products remains competitive. We charge the actual shipping price that the supplier charges us (we do not add anything extra to the shipping price from our side).

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €3.90.
  • Sweden, Finland, Denmark: €6.50.
  • Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary: €10.00.
  • Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Germany, Austria: €12.50.
  • Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania: €18.80.
